Withdrawal requests can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

All transactions on the k999 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any tax liability on winnings is the user's own responsibility. k999 does not deduct taxes or provide tax advice.

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳22,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• Each account may not use any single promotional offer more than once.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn immediately — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• If a deposit is not made through the registered method after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• k999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is established, the account and any associated bonus will be cancelled.
• Specific games or betting markets may apply towards meeting the wagering requirement.

k999's VIP programme has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can move up to a higher tier through regular betting activity. The cashback amounts and applicable terms may change from time to time.

Every bet placed on k999 must be confirmed by the k999 server before it becomes final. If a bet is not confirmed due to a system error or connection failure, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

k999 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error, incorrectly published odds, or any other unintentional mistake.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k999 platform:

• Hacking accounts or attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Placing bets using any automated software, bot, or script.
• Colluding with other users to gain bonus or winnings advantages.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in another person's name.
